The Clyde Superscoreboard show was only about 5 mins in when radio personality Hugh Keevins made some ignorant comments about the Celtic ace.
Keevins claimed fans cannot criticise Ange Postecoglou for bringing on Kyogo as that would make them ‘hypocritical’ as they ‘cheered Kyogo onto the park’.
What a ridiculous statement that is from Keevins. Does he really expect Kyogo to be booed onto the pitch? It’s just an absolutely absurd statement to make. From what I saw last night the majority of Celtic supporters didn’t want Kyogo to play to protect him from injury, as was the original plan.
Of course when he did come on, even if they were worried or disagreed with the decision, they would never, ever not cheer him coming on.
I enjoy listening to Hugh on a Monday and Friday, but the show is only 20 minutes in and even Kenny Miller is getting frustrated at the nonsense he’s coming out with so far!
