With all the talk of a ‘club record fee’ for Nathan Patterson’s switch to Everton and Sevco fans and their pet journalists claiming that fee is £16m, the true fee has been revealed by a reliable and neutral source on Twitter today.
The Scottish football and SPFL account @AgentScotland on has published the full breakdown of the deal to take Patterson down South. And let’s just say the expected ‘war chest’ for Gio Van Bronckhorst to spend with the windfall might not be as big as Sevco fans first thought!
Oh dear. £5m up front. That might cover half of the Ashley bill that will be due any moment.

And How much of the upfront money will be used to pay for the transfer fees for player’s already at the club : such as Kent etc etc
