“Breaking! Turnbull On Bench For Saturday, Kyogo 10-14 Days Away”

‘In the know’ Celtic account on Twitter, @Celtic67Fins72, has given us a fantastic update this evening.

We saw clips from Celtic’s social media earlier today that appear to show David Turnbull training with the rest of the team, with star striker Kyogo Furuhashi also in the same picture in training gear, but not among the other players.

It looks like his sources have now given him some more info on the training pic, stating that Turnbull will be part of the squad and on the bench for Celtic’s home game against Ross County this Saturday.

This is excellent news as we have really missed Turnbull’s creativity and goals at times this season, especially when Hatate, O’Riley and Rogic all seemed to have a dip in form at the same time recently.

Turnbull is also a threat from set plays, so that will be a good asset to welcome back as we don’t ever look like scoring direct from free-kicks, Turnbull is probably the best man for these situations.

And of course Kyogo being back in 10-14 days means he could very well be in line to be a part of the squad to travel to Ibrox in the league game on the 3rd April or even fit to start!
