Of course, it was announced yesterday that Russian teams will be banned from European competition next season, which means Celtic, as Scottish Premiership winners, will go straight into the Champions League group stages next season.
This means that we did not have to rely on Villarreal not winning the competition, which this zombie obviously did not realise , as he tweeted “Celtic not getting CL” with two crying emojis, after Villarreal took a 2-0 lead against Liverpool in their semi-final tonight.
The funny thing is, Liverpool rallied back second half, due to the help of some horrendous goalkeeping from the Villarreal keeper that even Barkas would even cringe at, and won the match 3-2 to progress to the final.
