It was announced tonight that Celtic have signed former Dundee Utd keeper Benjamin Siegrist on a 4 year contract after his contract at Tannadice ended.
It is a great piece of business and in my view Celtic now have the two best goalkeepers in the country.
It also looks like Argentine left back Alexandro Bernabei will be announced within the next 24-48 hours after Celtic came to an agreement with his club Lanus.
This is on top of us securing CCV and with Jota almost certain to be confirmed this week too after he gets back to Glasgow from his holidays.
Meanwhile, Sevco are re-signing players like Steve Davis who couldn’t get in the side last season and 40 year old Allan McGregor, who many Sevco fans demanded be dropped as he kept making howlers for them.
Celtic proved last season that we are the better team. We have the better players and the better manager.
You will of course still get many Sevco fans that will claim the opposite, but the league trophy in the cabinet at Celtic Park tells you all you need to know.
