Revealed: The Stats Behind Celtic Ace Pocketing World’s Best

Celtic’s Croatian right-back Josip Juranovic was absolutely outstanding yesterday as his country put out five time World Cup winners Brazil on penalties to reach the semi-finals of the competition.

They will now play Argentina in the semi-final after their dramatic penalty shootout win over the Netherlands last night.

It is absolutely criminal that Juranovic was not awarded FIFA official ‘player of the match’ trophy, because everyone with a pair of eyes could see that the Celtic man was head and shoulders above everyone else on that pitch yesterday.

Even the BBC commentators and and pundits said that Juranovic was the best player by far, well ahead of some of the very best players in the world such as Neymar and Vinicius Jr.

In fact, Vinicius couldn’t get a look in and ended up getting subbed off after 64 minutes, because Juranovic bossed him the entire time!
